Using Crewbook.

About these terms

These terms are between your company and Dafydd Thomas Software Ltd, which provides Crewbook. By creating a workspace you confirm you can accept them on your company’s behalf.

Trial and subscription

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We take a card when the trial starts and charge it when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled, and prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Seats are charged for each member of your workspace.

Cancellation

You can change or cancel your plan in Billing at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; payments already made are not refunded. After a plan ends your workspace becomes read-only and you can still export your records.

Your content

Your company owns its content and is responsible for what it publishes and who it invites. Starter templates and AI output are drafts for you to review. Crewbook does not certify legal compliance or provide accredited training.

Acceptable use

Do not use Crewbook for unlawful content, to send unsolicited messages or to try to access another company’s workspace. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

We work to keep Crewbook available and secure but provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell workspace owners about significant changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
